  3. The employee life cycle is the different stages an employee goes through during their time at an organization. The role HR has during this process is very important. Definitely, it is a road-map to build employee engaging environment.

  4. Hi Elizabeth. What a terrific lifecycle map! Nicely user-centric, which makes good sense in a business world where employee engagement remains an ongoing problem. I don’t think there’s a very high percentage of workers who feel fully aligned with their employer’s goals, but if an organization is willing to invest a little in making an employee lives a little more bearable, there will surely be benefits to both parties.
